01. Who we are

02. Your agreement with us

Before you pay, we provide the service description, total price, billing interval, start date, minimum commitment (if any), cancellation arrangements and any session expiry. Your contract begins when we accept your order or confirm your coaching agreement. We provide confirmation in a form you can keep.

The written details of your purchased plan form part of your agreement. They may specify a different session allowance or agreed commitment, but cannot remove your statutory rights. Marketing examples and other plans do not add benefits to your purchase.

PT and Hybrid are consultation-led: suitability, availability, your plan and payment arrangements are agreed personally. Sessions are arranged with your coach. Enquiring or booking a consultation does not create a paid commitment.

For customers under 18, participation must be agreed separately with appropriate parental or guardian involvement and safeguarding arrangements before purchase.

03. The service you choose

ServiceScope
50-Day Fat Loss AcademyA guided 50-day journey with education, training, nutrition guidance, check-ins and community features as described at purchase. It is not individual PT or medical treatment.
Nutrition+Nutrition guidance and the tools and accountability stated in your plan. Does not include personalised training coaching unless expressly agreed.
Programming+A self-guided training subscription delivered through BridgeAthletic, with structured training, a weekly self-check accountability form and a weekly broadcast coaching email. The standard subscription does not include individual coaching, programme customisation, direct messaging support or nutrition coaching.
Online CoachingRemote training, nutrition and accountability support within the purchased plan, including its stated messaging and coach-call allowance.
Hybrid / Hybrid+Online coaching combined with the in-person sessions and coach calls specified in your written plan. There is no automatic entitlement to a PT session every week.
Personal Training / PT+In-person coaching, with any additional online support specified in your plan. Available through agreed blocks or fixed-term packages.

Any small-group, couple or open-gym service is available only where specifically offered. Its schedule, access, inclusions and price are confirmed before purchase. One person’s package cannot be used by another without our agreement.

Academy start date, access period and any access after Day 50 are stated at purchase. A fixed Academy purchase does not become a recurring subscription unless you expressly choose one.

Programming+ delivery & programme switches

The standard Programming+ subscription is £39 per month unless a different price is expressly agreed before purchase. A four-week training block is a programme schedule, not a separate four-week billing cycle. Monthly renewal and cancellation follow section 4.

Submit free programme-switch requests by the 25th for the next scheduled training block. We confirm which block the request applies to. Without a switch request, your current programme progresses to its next available phase. This programme deadline does not change your billing anniversary or prevent you cancelling a subscription before renewal.

An immediate mid-block switch is available for a £5 administration fee, disclosed and agreed before the change is made. It does not restart your billing period or create a discretionary refund for the previous block. The statutory-rights provisions in section 5 still apply.

Coaching participation & upgrades

For Online Coaching and Hybrid, complete the check-ins included in your plan, communicate honestly and follow guidance responsibly. Tell your coach about difficulties so that support can be adapted within your purchased service. A minimum commitment applies only where disclosed and agreed before purchase; payment and early-termination arrangements are covered in sections 4 and 5.

Upgrades and other programme changes are agreed with your coach. Any new price, switching charge or timing must be disclosed and agreed beforehand. An upgrade does not automatically reset billing or cancel an existing plan without confirmation.

04. Payments, subscriptions & renewal

Payments are processed through Stripe or another approved payment platform identified at checkout. The price and any instalment schedule are shown before payment. Recurring monthly subscriptions renew on the monthly anniversary of the purchase date. Where a month has no corresponding date, renewal falls on that month’s last day. Your confirmation shows the applicable schedule.

Keep your payment and contact details up to date and check your subscription status. You can stop future renewals by cancelling before the next renewal is processed, using the subscription management facility where available or emailing us. We confirm receipt and the end date. You do not need to give a reason. Paid access normally continues to the end of the current period.

Training blocks and fixed-term instalment plans are different from rolling subscriptions. Instalments spread the agreed package price; they are not automatically a cancel-any-time monthly membership. Any minimum term and total payable are disclosed before purchase. A fixed package does not automatically renew unless expressly agreed.

For a failed payment, we contact you and give a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before suspending paid access. We do not add undisclosed penalties. Stopping a bank payment alone does not tell us whether you want to cancel, so please also contact us; your legal cancellation rights remain unaffected.

We will not change the price of an already purchased fixed package. Proposed changes to rolling subscription prices follow section 10.

05. Cancellation, cooling-off & refunds

Our refund policy

Except for payments taken by mistake or refunds required by law, payments for our services are non-refundable. This applies to subscriptions, coaching packages, PT blocks, Academy purchases and other paid services. We do not offer discretionary cash refunds for a change of mind, non-attendance, unused access or unused sessions.

If a payment was taken in error, including a duplicate or incorrect charge, contact us with the transaction details so we can investigate and refund any amount collected incorrectly.

Bison Strength and Fitness Limited may, at its discretion, offer a discount or voucher as a goodwill gesture. These are not automatic entitlements. Any value, permitted use and expiry are confirmed when offered. A goodwill discount or voucher does not replace a refund or other remedy to which you are legally entitled unless you freely agree to an alternative where the law permits.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. The policy does not remove applicable cooling-off rights, remedies for services or digital content that do not meet legal standards, or rights arising from our breach or failure to deliver. The provisions below explain how those rights and cancellation arrangements apply.

Statutory cooling-off: for eligible online, telephone or off-premises purchases, you generally have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel without giving a reason. Email a clear cancellation statement; the template below is optional. This is separate from stopping later subscription renewals.

Starting coaching early: if you expressly request service delivery during that period, and then cancel, we may charge a proportionate amount for what was supplied where legally permitted. The cancellation right ends after full performance only when the required request and acknowledgement have been obtained.

Immediate digital content: a cancellation right is lost only for qualifying content supplied after your prior express consent and acknowledgement of that loss, with the required confirmation. Accepting these terms alone is not that consent. Mixed coaching and content packages are assessed according to the applicable rules.

Where a statutory refund is due, we reimburse it within the applicable legal deadline, normally within 14 days of cancellation, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

After any cooling-off period, cancelling a correctly supplied rolling subscription stops future renewals; it does not create a discretionary refund for the current paid period. Access continues until that period ends. Refunds remain available where required by law.

For early termination of an agreed fixed package, the no-discretionary-refund policy above applies, subject to your legal rights. Any amount we may lawfully retain or require you to pay must be fair, taking account of services supplied, genuine unrecoverable loss and savings or replacement bookings. We provide a refund where the law requires one. We will not automatically demand every remaining instalment regardless of circumstances. Contact us about serious illness, injury or other circumstances affecting attendance; any pause, extension or termination is confirmed in writing.

06. Appointments, blocks & expiry

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to rearrange an in-person session or booked coach call. For late cancellation or non-attendance, a session may count as used only where justified by the reserved time and actual loss. We consider emergencies, whether the slot was filled and any costs saved; there is no double charge.

Arriving late may shorten a session so that later appointments run on time. Tell us as soon as possible if you are delayed. If we cancel, you may rearrange without losing the session; if we cannot provide a suitable replacement, we provide any refund or other remedy required by law.

For standalone 6, 12 and 20-session PT blocks, the use-by date is agreed at purchase and shown on the payment link and confirmation. Ask about availability before buying. We extend time where our cancellations prevent you using sessions and consider reasonable extensions for illness or injury.

Session allowances and carry-over for Hybrid, fixed-term PT and group packages must be stated in your purchase details. If not stated, ask us to clarify before paying; these terms do not impose an undisclosed expiry or forfeiture.

Small-group personal training (SGPT) & trials

Where offered, SGPT runs in structured blocks at the session times confirmed before purchase. Please attend your agreed sessions. Missed sessions are not automatically replaced and fees are not reduced simply because you choose not to attend; any session forfeiture or charge is subject to the fair-loss provisions above and your legal rights.

Paid trials follow the refund policy in section 5, including applicable cooling-off rights and statutory remedies. Where a trial payment can be credited towards a full programme, we confirm the amount, eligible programme and any deadline before you purchase the trial. A trial does not automatically commit you to a full programme.

07. Health, safety & results

Exercise involves physical effort and inherent risks. Participate within your capabilities and tell us if you are unsure whether an activity is safe for you. These responsibilities do not waive our duty of care or the protections in section 12.

Complete requested health screening accurately and tell your coach about relevant injuries, conditions, medication, pregnancy or changes affecting safe participation. We may ask you to obtain appropriate clinical advice before training or adapting a plan.

Follow equipment instructions, train within your capabilities and stop if you experience pain, dizziness or other concerning symptoms. For remote training, choose a safe environment and suitable equipment. Seek emergency help for urgent symptoms rather than relying on coaching messages.

Our exercise and nutrition support is coaching and education, not diagnosis, medical treatment or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Tell us if a plan is unsuitable; do not follow guidance that conflicts with clinical advice. Supplements are optional unless separately agreed as a purchase.

Progress varies with starting point, health, adherence and other factors. We do not guarantee a particular weight change, appearance or performance outcome. Transformation examples illustrate individual experiences.

08. Online platforms & access

Use your own account and keep login credentials secure. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You need a compatible device and internet connection; any required apps or additional costs are disclosed before purchase.

Coaching messages are not an emergency service or a promise of continuous availability. Your plan specifies the support channels, availability and call allowance. Planned calls are arranged personally, and unused calls are handled according to the stated plan rules.

Maintenance and third-party outages can interrupt access. Contact us about a problem; we provide reasonable support and, where a material part of the paid service cannot be delivered, an appropriate alternative or extension, or a refund where required by law. Using a third-party platform does not remove our responsibilities for the service we sell.

09. Facility rules, trainer hire & materials

Treat coaches, clients and community members respectfully. Harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse and unsafe equipment use are not acceptable. Follow gym instructions, return equipment and report damage. Independent gym access is included only where your plan expressly permits it.

We may restrict access immediately for a serious safety concern or serious misconduct. Otherwise, we explain the concern and allow a reasonable opportunity to put it right. Any termination and treatment of unused payments will be proportionate to the circumstances and your legal rights.

External trainer hire / PT pods

External trainers must hold valid insurance suitable for their activities, operate professionally, use only agreed space and equipment, and follow facility safety rules. They must agree a separate written hire agreement before using the facility. That agreement sets out payment, permitted use, client responsibilities and the applicable booking period.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, hire credits expire at the end of the billing period stated in the hire agreement and do not roll over. We disclose that period and the expiry before payment. Where we prevent use of an agreed booking, we provide a replacement booking, credit or refund as appropriate under the hire agreement and applicable law.

Training content & intellectual property

Our own materials and third-party licensed content remain the property of their respective owners. You receive personal-use access within your purchased service. Do not redistribute, resell, publish or share accounts without permission. This does not transfer ownership of your own photos, messages or other content to us.

10. Changes, pauses & disruption

We may make reasonable minor changes to keep coaching safe, improve delivery or replace a platform with a suitable equivalent. We do not use this clause to remove core paid benefits.

For a material change to a rolling plan or its price, we give at least 30 days’ written notice and an opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect. Fixed commitments are not retrospectively changed without agreement. Updates to this page do not automatically rewrite existing contracts.

If we cannot deliver a significant part of your service, we discuss an alternative or extension and provide a refund for undelivered services where required by law. Events outside our control do not give us an automatic right to keep payment for services we never supply.

11. Privacy, photos & communications

Our Privacy Policy explains personal data handling, including health information and the platforms used to deliver coaching. These terms do not themselves provide blanket consent for all data processing.

Marketing messages require an appropriate legal basis and any required separate opt-in. You can unsubscribe without cancelling coaching. We request separate permission before using your identifiable progress photos, testimonials or results for publicity. Refusing publicity does not affect your service.

Do not post someone else’s personal or health information in a community area without permission. Community participation does not make private check-in data public.

12. Our responsibilities & your rights

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or liability which cannot legally be limited. Participating in exercise does not waive these rights.

We remain responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or negligence. No blanket liability cap or waiver applies through these terms. Your consumer rights, including applicable remedies for unsatisfactory services or faulty digital content, remain available.

13. Complaints & applicable law

Email info@bisonstrengthfitness.com with your name, service and what went wrong. We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days and give a substantive response within 14 days. If more time is needed, we explain why and provide an update.

If a complaint cannot be resolved, we provide any information about alternative dispute resolution that the law requires, including whether we are willing or obliged to participate.

These terms use the law of England and Wales, without taking away mandatory protections available in your home jurisdiction. Consumers living elsewhere in the UK may bring proceedings in their local courts where entitled to do so.

14. Optional cancellation template

You can email this wording or any other clear statement. You do not have to use this template.
